Mini pizzas

Burger buns
Tomato sauce
Quickmelt Cheese
Canned mushroom
Bacon/ham sliced in squares

1.cook your ham/bacon in medium heat  set it aside for preparation

2.drain your mushrooms set aside

3.Slice cheese set aside

3,spread sauce on one bun and  add bacon mushroom cheese and cook in oven until cheese melts



This is great for snacks an parties

Peccadillo

Some people in the states call it chili con carne but the original name is Picadillo it is quite tasty and great with rice


Tomato sauce 2 packs
2 cloves of garlic diced
1 / 2 onion
1/4ground beef
1 bell pepper sliced remove seeds
cooking oil
grated cheese (optional)
1 potato diced
1diced carrot


1.if your ground beef is still wet from defrosting you can dry it up on the pan only in low heat

2.when the water is dried up if your pan is big set it aside in one side and pour enough oil and let it heat up but try to mix the beef on the other side sauté the onion and garlic when the onion s are translucent mix the beef and onions and garlic

3.Pour 1/4 cup water and mix in the carrots and potatoes when the potatoes are cooked add bell pepper and sauce simmer for 5 minutes

The first Junior Masterchef started in australia but now its finally brought in philippines!!!!
i tried to audition but it was too late but there are some thing not meant to be my cooking skills are to great for the show alli can say is good luck to the contestants.......

Cookie Madness

Chocolate chip to White chocolate every body loves (drum roll)...... cookies, crunchy,chewy,sweet,creamy Who dosent love cookies i know some allergic people i pity them cause every time you get that sweet sensation oh its hard to stop alright,i know a recipe of chocolate chip cookies right below


 Ingredients


  • 1 cup buttershopping list
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Packed brown sugar
  • eggs
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • chewy cookies
    • Preheat oven to 350. In a larger mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla well.
    • Sift together the flours, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
    • Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips.
    • With your fingers place golf ball size dough portions 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    • Bake 9 minutes or until edges are light brown
    • so get your ovens ready and lets get baking
